Victor Sameria

Victor is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Finance and Technology Practice Groups.

Victor graduated with a First Class in Law (LLB) and Distinction in Financial Services Law (LLM) from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He also holds a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from Ambassador College of Management & Technology, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, a Certificate in Strategic Thinking from Santa Institute of Technology, Accra, Ghana and has been called to the Nigerian bar.

As part of the firm’s commitment to building sector-specific expertise, he was seconded to i-Cell Multimedia Limited, a value-added services (VAS) aggregator within the Nigerian telecommunications value chain.

On the Technology front, Victor regularly advises clients on Fintech regulation, data protection, payment services and infrastructure, mobile or web-based financial products and digital banking services.
