Odunayo is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice group. She graduated top of her class with a First Class Degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the Nigerian Law School. She is licensed to practice in Nigeria.
She has vast experience in providing regulatory compliance advisory across various practices such as technology, fin-tech, telecommunications, labour law, intellectual property, data protection and competition law in Nigeria.

- Google: advises Google with respect to its various products launch in Nigeria including the review of proposed Bills and enacted laws and the impact on its business operations in Nigeria.
- Fiducia: Provided advisory on data protection compliance requirements including the review of its data privacy policy and notice in line with Nigerian data protection laws, particularly the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023.
- Tolaram: Advised a leading Singaporean conglomerate, Tolaram on its acquisition of Diageo’s 58.02% of interest in the Nigerian Exchange-listed Guiness Nigeria plc.
- Regularly advise global technology companies including Apple, YouTube, TikTok on different components of technology including regulatory framework, compliance obligations, financial technology, advertisements, as well as the applicable consumer rights and privacy laws.
- Advised one of the world’s largest multinational financial services companies on its proposed launch of a payment solution in Nigeria.
