His experience was developed over years at top-tier commercial law firms in Nigeria, allowing him to master every stage of the transaction lifecycle. David’s practice covers complex debt financing, projects and infrastructure development, and M&A.
David holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria and is a graduate of the Nigerian Law School.

- Advised a leading integrated energy firm in connection with the concessions to it by a state government for the financing, operation and maintenance of two hydroelectric power plants in Nigeria.
- Advised Metrowaves Sports and Infrastructure Limited in connection with the proposed engineering, procurement, construction and development of a 12,000-capacity multipurpose indoor Arena in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Advising a leading healthcare services provider in connection with its US$24 million financing for the development of 13 healthcare facilities across the country. - Advised a telecom tower manufacturer in connection with its multi-million Dollar financing for the construction of new build-to-suit telecom towers in Nigeria.
- Advised a leading developer of prime energy infrastructure projects across West Africa in connection with its proposed acquisition of majority shareholding in one of Nigeria’s largest electricity distribution companies.
