Aliyu Babagana Kyari is a skilled legal professional, he holds a Second-Class Upper LL.B (Hons) from Yobe State University and awaiting his Bar Finals results.
Aliyu’s accolades include winning the Northeast Law Students Moot & Mock Trial, National Legal Debate, and Best Chapter President of the Law Students Association of Nigeria. He has served as President of the Law Students Association (Yobe State University) and Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Law School Student Representative Council (Abuja Campus).
Prior to Templars, he has gained practical experience through externships at notable law firms in Nigeria. He is also dedicated to advocacy, leading initiatives on gender-based violence and access to justice in IDP camps and local communities through campaigns and FM radio programs.
He authored “The Concept of Artificial Legal Entity and Limited Liability under the CAMA 2020 and the Islamic Law: A Comparative Study”. Aliyu is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb UK) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC).
He is passionate about policy reform and mentoring within the legal profession.
