Our Yemisi Awonuga, Partner at TEMPLARS, was present at The 2021 PFI Awards ceremony on May 9, 2022, at Hilton Park Lane, London, where she received the African Deal of the Year Award on behalf of the Firm, in recognition of its outstanding contributions to Energy and Project Development.

The award was bestowed by Project Finance International (PFI), following Heirs Holdings’ $1.1 billion acquisition of a 45% participating interest in Nigerian oil license OML 17 and related assets, from the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, Total E&P Nigeria Limited, and ENI in 2021.
