Lawrence is an associate in Templars with a keen interest in Debt and Equity Financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securitisation and Structured Transactions.
He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan and is licensed to practice law in Nigeria. Prior to joining the firm, Lawrence served as an Investment Banking intern at Chapel Hill Denham.
