Godswill Ogbewe is an Associate in the Finance Practice Group, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and general financing transactions.
He graduated with a first-class degree in law from the University of Ibadan, where he was recognised as the Best Graduating Student in his cohort. He also obtained a First Class at the Nigerian Law School and was awarded the prestigious Purvez Bilimoria Global Award for Legal Excellence in 2022—an honour reserved for exceptional legal talents.
Godswill’s experience includes his recent secondment at the London offices of Linklaters LLP, where he provided support on a number of complex, cross-border transactions.
