Wale, who took the oath along with 29 other lawyers, was selected as an S.A.N. by the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee on 12 July 2018.

According to the Privileges Committee, the rank of SAN is “awarded as a mark of excellence to members of the legal profession who have distinguished themselves as advocates and academics.”

A seasoned advocate of over 25 years of experience, Wale has been described as “spectacular in the mastery of the law” by Legal 500. And according to the Chambers Global Guide to the Legal Profession, he is“recognised by peers for his significant international arbitrational output” and “is always thinking ahead and giving a lot of advice on how to find alternative approaches”.

We congratulate Wale on his well-deserved appointment.
