Job Description: The Digital Transformation Analyst will be responsible for driving and supporting the firm’s digital transformation initiatives. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the firm’s current processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support and training to staff on new digital tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of digital transformation initiatives successfully implemented.
  • Improvement in efficiency and productivity metrics after implementation of digital solutions.
  • Level of staff engagement and satisfaction with new digital tools and processes.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports on digital transformation progress.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge and experience in a law firm or other service-based business is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of business processes, and systems modelling techniques – business scenarios, capability mapping, etc.
  • Research, prototyping, A/B testing, analysis, and extraction – use of various digital design and authoring tools such as Figma,, Visio, etc.
  • Data collection, management, querying, and analysis using various data visualization and data management tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Excel, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.
  • Excellent and hands-on experience with design thinking methodologies
  • Very strong understanding of APIs and API-driven business models
  • Excellent knowledge of digital technologies and platforms (ERPs, CRM solutions, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on project management skills – knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Business Analysis – Requirements gathering, documentation and business needs prioritization.
  • Software Engineering – Basic to intermediate appreciation of software development and delivery processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting – ability to provide high quality reporting on multiple initiatives.
