- Halliburton West Africa Limited (HWAL) and Halliburton Energy Services Incorporated (HESI) in connection with the buyout of the minority stake held by minority shareholders in Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited (HESNL) by its majority shareholder, HWAL.
- · A world-leading food and beverage company on tax efficient restructuring options for a proposed cross border merger involving its subsidiaries, as well as the tax treatment of a foreign intercompany loan provided to the Nigerian subsidiary following the conversion of the debt to equity in the Nigerian subsidiary.
- An investment firm on the acquisition of 80% of the equity stake in a foremost insurance company in Nigeria.
- An investment firm on the ongoing acquisition of 87.31% equity stake in the Nigerian subsidiary of a French global company that produces and supplies various forms of gases.
- The trustees of a bond issuance in connection with a N100,000,000,000 (One Hundred Billion Naira) series 1 fixed rate bond issue, being the first series under the N500,000,000,000 (Five Hundred Billion Naira) Bond Issuance Programme.
