- Advised Halliburton West Africa Limited (HWAL) and Halliburton Energy Services Incorporated (HESI) in connection with the buyout of the minority stake held by minority shareholders in Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited (HESNL) by its majority shareholder, HWAL.
- Advised the African Finance Corporation in connection with the provision of a multi-million Dollar senior and subordinated debt facility to Waltersmith Refining and Petrochemicals Company Limited.
- Advising a multinational fintech company on its proposed listing on the Nigerian Exchange Group and initial public offering.
