Ejiroghene Ugo

Ejiroghene Precious Ugo is an Associate in the Firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and is admitted to practice law in Nigeria.

She provides legal advisory and regulatory support to clients operating across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the petroleum industry. Her experience includes legal due diligence, contract review, compliance assessment, and transactional support in oil and gas operations.

Prior to joining TEMPLARS, she worked with a leading commercial law firm where she contributed to high-level transactions involving asset and share divestments, provided strategic advisory on crude oil storage and transportation arrangements, and public-private collaborations within the energy sector.

She has drafted legal opinions and advised on enforceability of commercial arrangements, regulatory requirements and corporate structuring for petroleum-related ventures.

She brings a detail driven and solution-oriented approach to client service and actively engages in legal volunteer work and community focused initiatives.
