Dispute Resolution

At Templars, we have a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Team. We represent clients with the aim of reducing a lawsuit’s disruptive impact whilst maximizing the chances of a successful outcome.

This team understands the need to conduct commercial litigation with business needs and goals in view and therefore ensures that the litigation strategy is structured in a manner that secures the achievement of these goals.

At Templars, we believe that not all commercial disputes need to be strictly settled by litigation. To this end the team encourages the use of all alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques including negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration when and where appropriate.

The Group offers litigation and ADR solutions in respect of disputes arising from corporate and commercial transactions, telecommunications and information technology intellectual property, shipping and aviation, oil and gas, taxation, immigration, labour and pension, etc.
