Zelda is a Partner in the firm’s Finance Practice and has extensive experience advising on both domestic and cross-border leveraged finance, capital market, project finance and M&A transactions. Her legal experience cuts across Europe and Africa and has seen her acting for various transaction parties including lenders, arrangers, trustees, project sponsors, equity investors and target companies.

She is also, apart from being recognized as a Women Leader, separately recognized as a Leading Lawyer in the 2020 editions of the IFLR 1000 guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms.
