Kofi is an Associate at the Firm’s Corporate and Energy Practice Groups.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and is qualified to practice as a lawyer in both Nigeria and Ghana.
Kofi focuses on Financial Technology & Startups, Energy, Mining, Regulatory Compliance and Government Relations. He also has significant work experience in foreign investments and international business, having worked as a Commercial Representative for the Ghanaian Embassy in Hunan and Qingdao, China where he provided investment recommendations, feasibility analyses and generally drove business partnerships between the Government of Ghana and private Chinese investors seeking to do business across various sectors of the Ghanaian economy.
