Oghogho was interviewed in an article assessing African bellwether projects and their advisers.

Amongst other issues, the article discusses the shift in market dynamics which allows local firms to be key players in infrastructural projects with an international origin.

According to Oghogho, the ability of a local firm to deliver impromptu fee quotes and credentials to a foreign adviser is just as important as its skillsets.
