Fair use or infringement? An analysis of Google v. Oracle and what it means for the Nigerian Tech Ecosystem

The United States Supreme Court recently decided that despite Google admitting it copied several thousand lines of Oracle’s API, Google did not breach Oracle’s copyright on the grounds that the use of the codes qualified as fair use.
