Our Integrated Gas team has extensive experience in gas development projects including: project risk evaluation; core project documentation, including gas sale agreements; handling and tolling agreements and EPC contracts; financing documentation; tax structuring; regulatory due diligence; and support on permitting and consenting processes.
Our Power Project team has significant industry experience, from advising the Nigerian Government on the privatisation of the Nigerian power sector, to advising private developers from conception to financial close and commissioning on the largest and most complex power projects in the country.
The team also advises on environmental and regulatory requirements, and assists in formulating and evaluating various methods of Project Financing.
